Using the service

The service offers AI tattoo concepts, image transformations, browser-rendered lettering, stencil preparation and local 2D try-on. Results are design aids. Review every result with a qualified tattoo artist before using it for a permanent tattoo; results can contain errors and are not guaranteed to be original or suitable for tattooing.

Third-party AI providers and models

The Service uses FLUX.2 [flash] and ByteDance Seedream 4.5 through the third-party AI service provider fal.ai. These models may affect the outputs. We do not guarantee any specific output quality and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, are not liable for content generated by third-party AI models.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Cloud saves and paid operations require an account. Keep your sign-in account secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Content rules

Tattoo art often includes nudity. Artistic nudity is allowed as long as the content is not sexual. The following are prohibited in prompts, uploads and results:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, including depictions of sexual acts or sexualised focus on genitals
• Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors or people who appear to be minors. There is zero tolerance: we restrict the related features immediately and review the account, may close the account, and the content may be reported to the authorities
• Images of a real, identifiable person used without their consent, or used to sexualise, humiliate or impersonate them
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, hatred or violence against people
• Illegal content, and content you do not have the rights to use
• Attempts to bypass content safety review, for example by rewording or splitting prompts or disguising uploads

Please follow the content rules above. If you repeatedly submit prohibited content, we will warn you first; if it continues, we may suspend or restrict your use of generation. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account closure without refund. A suspension or restriction does not affect your ability to view, download or delete saved designs. If you think a decision is wrong, contact us.

Your content and rights to results

You keep the rights you hold in the images and text you submit. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them as needed to provide the service, keep your saved works and apply content safety review. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

• Results generated with paid credits may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including tattoos for clients, prints, merchandise and social media.
• Results from free trials or free credits, such as gifted or promotional credits, are for personal use only. Generate the design again with paid credits for commercial use.
• Lettering from the free font tool may be used for personal and commercial purposes. The fonts it uses are provided under open-source licenses.
• Results are not exclusive. Other users may receive similar results, and we do not guarantee that a result can be protected by copyright or does not resemble existing work.
• You may not resell or distribute result files themselves as digital products, such as design packs or downloads.
• If a purchase is refunded, commercial use rights for results generated with its credits end.

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us with the work concerned, where it appears and your contact details.

Credits, purchases and subscriptions

Current products, prices, currency and payment methods are shown at checkout. Credit packs and subscriptions are sold separately; buying a credit pack does not create a subscription. An accepted paid AI request uses the credits shown before you confirm it. Failed, timed-out or blocked requests normally return their credits automatically, except where the content rules above say otherwise. Free lettering, local try-on and saves within the free storage allowance do not use credits.

A payment can be confirmed while credits are still being delivered. Check the original order instead of paying again. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel future renewals in Billing and keep paid benefits until the end of the current period.

Saved works and deletion

You can download and delete your saved works in the application. Saved works are not deleted because your credits run out or a subscription ends. Deleting a work does not remove another saved work that still uses the same image, and a saved try-on is an independent image that stays when its source work is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for retention and local drafts. Account deletion is handled by support after we verify ownership; financial records are kept as the law requires.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your needs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of any tattoo, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

Models, products and features can change. We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies; the updated date above shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. For questions, see Help or the contact details below.
