Privacy Policy

Summary

• Saved designs are private to your account. We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your uploads, prompts or results to train our own AI models.
• The 2D try-on processes body photos in your browser; the original photo is not uploaded.
• Detailed usage analytics and session replay run only with your consent. Basic service statistics, such as completed generations and payments, are kept to operate the service.

Information we collect

• Account information: the name, email address and profile picture provided by the sign-in service you use.
• Content: prompts, selected settings, uploaded reference images, generated results and saved works.
• Purchases and credits: orders, payment status, transaction references, credit activity and refunds. We also store the country and IP address reported at checkout as evidence for tax records. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support and safety records: support requests and content-safety violation records (an identifier, the violation category, the time and the outcome, plus an irreversible fingerprint used to spot repeats; no prompt, image or email).
• Technical data: session and security records; a cookie that recognises signed-out visitors, and an irreversible fingerprint of the network used to limit trial use and prevent abuse; service statistics about generations and payments; and, with your consent, detailed usage analytics and session replay. Analytics events do not include your prompts, photos or email address.

How we use information

• To provide the service: sign-in, AI generation, saving works, credits and billing
• To prevent abuse and enforce the Terms of Service, including content safety review
• To investigate failures, answer support requests and process refunds
• To understand and improve the product; detailed usage analytics only when you have agreed to them
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Images and AI processing

When you submit an AI request, the prompt, settings and required reference image are sent to our AI processing provider to produce the result. Prompts, uploads and results may be reviewed automatically by a third-party content-safety service; requests that are blocked do not produce a result.

Tattoo lettering is rendered in your browser. The 2D try-on processes the body photo in browser memory, and selecting a photo does not upload it. Saving a try-on requires a separate confirmation and uploads a composite image that includes the body photo. A saved try-on is an independent image and stays when its source work is deleted. Downloading a result does not create a cloud copy.

Service providers

We share information only as needed to run the service, with the following categories of providers:

• Cloud hosting, storage and delivery providers
• Sign-in providers
• Payment providers
• Analytics and session replay tools, only with your consent

These providers process information for the operations you request. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

Browser storage

Cookies keep you signed in, recognise signed-out visitors and protect your session. Local browser storage holds creation settings, temporary reference files and recovery information for tasks and purchases in progress. Local drafts expire after 24 hours, stay on that browser and are cleared when you sign out, switch accounts, discard a draft or save the result.

Data retention

• Trial results: kept for 7 days, and moved to your account if you sign in.
• Unsaved uploads and drafts: expire after 24 hours and are then deleted.
• Saved works: kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. They are not deleted because your credits run out or a subscription ends.
• Account information: kept until your account is deleted.
• Violation records: kept for up to 90 days; while a suspension or restriction is still in force, kept until it ends.
• Usage analytics and service statistics: kept for up to 90 days. Session replay recordings are kept only for the limited period set in the replay tool.
• Orders, invoices, payments and refunds: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, including after account deletion.

Deleted works stop being accessible immediately and are then permanently removed; storage may show "space releasing" until removal finishes. Removal can take longer when a running task still uses the image or another saved work you own shares it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can edit your profile, download saved images and delete individual works in the application. For account deletion and other requests, contact support; we will verify account ownership and respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Saved works are stored privately and every access is checked against your account. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please keep your sign-in account secure.

Age requirement

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When it is, we rely on safeguards required by applicable law.
